Homo sapiens      Other/NKF4

※ NKF4 family introduction

NKF4 kinases are original defined as new kinase family 3. NFK3 contains two members in human genome, PDIK1 and PDIK1L. The two kinase members are characterized by their ability to interact with PDLIM1/CLP-36. More function and regulation remains more understood (1).
