※ PP2B family introduction PP3, also known as Calcineurin (PP2B), is a Ca(2+)- and calmodulin-dependent Serine/Threonine protein phosphatase. PP2B shares a highly conserved catalytic subunit and heterodimeric quaternary structure from yeast to mammals.
