Oryza punctata      PTPLA/PTPLA

※ PTPLA family introduction

PTPLA, Protein tyrosine phosphatase-like protein, contains protein tyrosine phosphatase-like proteins. Classical PTP is characterized by its signure motif CXXXXXR, however, the Arg to Pro(R/P) variation is found at active site in PTPLA. And PTPLA has been thought to play an important role in development, differentiation, and maintenance of a number of tissue types (1).
